It starts out with a little pill on the cover that looks like a Vitamin E, but I suspect by the quip next to it, that it is actually Omega-3, and by the size of it, probably Health Grade. Sounds to me like Omega-3 Fish oil, combined with what every good dietician/health expert now knows . . . . . More and more, I see various diets come closer and closer to the Zone philosophy. I think it would be interesting to get the book just to see what they say, I bet it is just another variation of the Zone. (I, for one, don't have extra cash to buy every diet book out there) :wink:

Not familiar with the book you mention, but Floyd Chilton is the author of last year's "Inflammation Nation". His credentials are impressive, and has authored over 100 studies, notably in the area of arachidonic acid metabolism. Like Sears, advocates avoiding preformed AA but recommends higher amounts of GLA due to the inefficient conversion of Linoleic Acid to GLA.
