Average Day Consists Of:
Get up around 6.30 – 7 quick snack then head out for first Run session – Either long/ efforts/ hills for 90mins then home for breakfast, Bit of emailing, tidying the house, then off to gym to do Plyometrics/yoga. Home for lunch, catch up with friends or coaching then second run between 50 – 1hr with some strides. Have dinner, relax watch movies/DVDs and emailing. In bed at around 10:30.
