Benefits Seen With Zone:
Stabilized blood sugar that helps me keep up more consistent / high endurance output without energy swings. I'm on my bike for hours and hours every day, and it's tough to train hard and consistently when you load up on high carb / high glycemic load foods all of the time. When I'm on the Zone I feel more energy and less inflamed.

Beating my sister on a run to the top of Green Mountain (she is tough).

Eating. Dr. Sears says The Zone is not a diet, it's a way of life. I'm definitely not on a diet.
