My chiropractor started me on the Zone. It has helped me immensely this season as I prepared and raced through the Tour de France. The products help with my recovery, immune system and are ultimately very easy to use and travel with. I found myself waking up during the Tour at 3 a.m. and drinking a Zone Shake to curb my appetite and let me sleep till breakfast. As I write this, I am about to finish my second grand tour of the season (the Vuelta a Espana), something that I have never accomplished back to back, nor at such a high level. I will continue to implement the Zone lifestyle throughout the off season, as I believe that it helps in all aspects of my life, not only riding.

Christian VandeVelde is taking a combination of Dr. Sears’ EicoRx and EicoPro. The son of John VandeVelde, a U.S. Bicycling Hall of Fame inductee, Christian rode twice on the Tour de France team that brought Lance Armstrong to victory.
