3 Block Meal
1 Tsp. Dr. Sears' Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 oz. chicken breast
1 sweet pepper (red or green)
¾ cup onion
Cut the chicken in small squares and slice the vegetables. Place oil in the pan and cook chicken, vegetables and soy sauce and salt to taste on high heat for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Add two additional blocks of carbohydrates.
