Cajun Salmon in the summer

Ingredients:
1 salmon patty (28g protein)
1 red pepper, cut into strips
1 cup onion rings
3 cups broccoli
2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp cajun seasoning
salt
pepper
apple or pear or orange

Instructions:
Drizzle peppers and onions with olive oil. On a piece of tin foil cook salmon on the grill over medium heat until soft and tender, about 5-6 minutes on each side. Sprinkle cajun seasoning on salmon patty. In a steamer, cook broccoli to desired texture, drizzle with the rest of the olive oil, a little salt and pepper. Take the onions and the red peppers and top your salmon patty. Have broccoli on the side and a piece of fruit for dessert.
