1 soy burger patty
1 ounce reduced-fat cheese
Lettuce and tomato slice
1 slice rye bread
1 plum,br> Dill pickle wedge, optional
3 tablespoons guacamole OR nine almonds OR 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
Spray nonstick pan with vegetable spray. Cook soy burgers five to eight minutes on each side. (Check package instructions. Cooking directions vary from product to product.) Place burger on bread, lettuce and tomato. Place cheese on cooked burger and pickle if desired. Serve plum for dessert.
