Ingredients:
2 6 inch corn tortillas
1/4 cup black beans
3 oz grated low fat monterey jack cheese
1 tbs light sour cream

Instructions:
Spray skillet with cooking spray, layer 1 tortilla, black beans, cheese and other tortilla, cook over medium until cheese is melted. top with the light sour cream.
