Herbed Cottage Cheese With Fruit

Ingredients:
3/4 cup cottage cheese
1 cup cooked asparagus, cut into one-inch pieces
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 peach, sliced
1 cup strawberries
2 cups Romaine lettuce
3/4 teaspoon fresh basil finely chopped
dash oregano
salt and pepper, to taste
dash parsley

Instructions:
Combine cottage cheese, asparagus, oil, oregano, basil, and black pepper. In another bowl, combine peaches, orange sections, and strawberries to form a fruit salad. Place the herbed cottage cheese on a bed of lettuce, place the fruit salad around the cottage cheese and sprinkle with parsley. Salt to taste.
