3/4 cup Zoned Pepper Relish
1/2 Granny Smith apple, chopped
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
1/8 teaspoon sweet paprika
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

In a medium bowl combine Zoned Pepper Relish, apple, and chili powder. Spoon relish onto serving plate and top with turkey. Zoned Pepper Relish Instructions Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan to form the pepper relish. (Mix corn starch with a little cold water to dissolve it before adding to saucepan.) Heat relish to a simmer, constantly stirring until mixture thickens. Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes until entire mixture is hot. Transfer relish mixture to a storage container, let cool, and refrigerate.
