Organic lunch

I work near an organic food retailer and often find myself needing a quick 'Zoned' lunch. Here's what I've come up with.

Ingredients:
1 apple
1 orange (or grapefruit)
1 8-ounce package Nancy's Organic Low-fat Cottage Cheese
Medium to large container of greens (broccoli, spinach, etc.)
Topped with 2 tablespoons of dressing (preferably olive or canola oil based)
