Tuna Salad Zoned

Hi, I've been zoning for only 3 days, but I've been getting creative in devising zone-friendly meals and snacks. Here is one I created this morning when I was making my lunch, I am eating it right now on my lunch break and am finding it quite delicious!

Ingredients:
1 oz canned tuna
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup chickpeas
3 olives
2 tsp. cashew pieces
Dijon mustard to taste

Instructions:
Mix everything together, and voila! I'm having an apple for dessert, that's 2 C. But next time I might add vegetables to the salad, such as onions, peppers, etc. for the carbs. This was just quicker. Bon appetit!
