3 Block Meal
Ingredients:
4 cups fresh or frozen broccoli cut up
3/4 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup snow peas
6 oz firm or extra firm tofu
ginger flavored soy sauce
premixed Szechwan or other Chinese seasoning powder
1 teaspoons olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
This recipe is incredibly easy and delicious. The seasoning mix (I got it at Walmart) is probably available on the spice rack of any major grocery store. Stir fry the onions, broccoli, snow peas, and tofu in the olive oil until vegetables are tender and the tofu is lightly browned (I use a wok-shaped fry pan). Sprinkle liberally with seasonings and sauce to taste as you stir. Eat with 1 block of fruit of choice for dessert.
