1/2 cup prepared hummus
2 celery hearts cut into long thin sticks
2 large carrots peeled and cut into sticks
1 cup cherry tomatoes
12 black olives
4 ounces reduced-fat goat cheese or soy cheese
Spoon hummus onto center of serving plate. Arrange celery sticks, carrot sticks, tomatoes, olives and cheese around hummus. Serve at room temperature.
