4 Block Meal
Ingredients:
4 ounces cooked turkey breast, 1-inch cubes
1/2 cup Zoned Barbecue Sauce
1/2 cup salsa
3/4 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup chickpeas, rinsed
5 cups fresh spinach
1 1/3 teaspoons olive oil
Instructions:
In a medium nonstick sauté pan, heat oil. Add turkey. Blend in Zoned Barbecue Sauce, salsa, and onion. Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. Arrange spinach on serving plate. Sprinkle spinach with chickpeas. Top spinach with turkey mixture and serve. *Note: We used medium-heat salsa. Use whatever strength you prefer.
