Grilled Bluefish

3 Block Meal

Ingredients:
5 ounces bluefish filets

For the salsa:
2 tablespoons red onion, chopped
2 tablespoons lemon flesh (lemon with peel, pith, membranes and seeds removed) chopped
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/2 finely chopped fresh jalapeno pepper
Salt to taste

Instructions:
Season the fleshy side of the fish and grill or pan-broil till done. This takes only about 3-4 minutes in a small "George Foreman"-type countertop grill. Meanwhile, mix the ingredients for the salsa. Serve the bluefish with the salsa. Fill out the meal with a salad, a side vegetable, and some fruit for dessert.
