3 Block Meal
Ingredients:
3 ounces skinless, boneless chicken breast,cubed
2 cups shredded cabbage
1 green bell pepper, sliced
3/4 cup onion, sliced
1/3 teaspoon olive oil
1 tablespoon Teriyaki Sauce
12 peanuts
Instructions:
Saute chicken in olive oil in a non-stick pan or wok. Add vegetables and saute until tender-crisp. Add teriyaki sauce and peanuts for the last minute or two. Have half a cup or cup of diced strawberries for dessert. (Editor's note: Using light Teriyaki Sauce would reduce carbohydrate content. If a lighter sauce is used, add more fruit.)
