Quick Oatmeal Breakfast

3 Block Meal

Ingredients:
1/3 cup cooked Oatmeal
1/3 cup unsweetened Applesauce
14 g of protein from Protein Powder (2 scoops of Dr. Sears Protein Powder)
1 cup 2% Milk
Toasted slivered almonds

Instructions:
Slowly add milk to protein powder stirring constantly to avoid lumps. To this mixture add cooked oatmeal, applesauce. Stir thoroughly and enjoy. Garnish with toasted almonds.
