This is a fast easy-clean-up carbohydrates portion of my meal that helps wake me up in the morning or a fast part of my lunch and sometimes as my last snack for the crunch it delivers. I eat with whatever protein, such as turkey, chicken or eggs depending on breakfast lunch dinner or snack.
1½ Fuji Apples
1 Tbsp. raw ginger (as much or as little as your liking allows)
9 raw almonds (as many as possible)
Process in food processor all together until chunky cereal size. Can be chopped by hand also. Add 21g of lean protein to balance.
