3 block meal
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen blueberries
2 scoops Dr. Sears' protein powder (14g. protein)
1½ tsp. natural peanut butter
1 cup non fat milk
Instructions:
Put all ingredients in blender or magic bullet and blend.
Notes:
Tastes like a blueberry ice cream shake.
