Breakfast Mousse

Ingredients:
1 cup diced strawberries
1 cup blueberries
1 cup 0% fat Plain Greek Yogurt
1/3 scoop of whey protein powder
4 macadamia nuts

Instructions:
Add fruit to blender, then cup of yogurt, protein powder and the nuts. Blend until smooth. Pour into tall glass - wait 2 minutes and the texture will become more like a mousse then a smoothie. Grab your spoon and enjoy!
