Ingredients:
1 cup oat flour (or combine with oat bran)
A pinch or more of salt
1 3/4 teaspoons baking powder
6 blocks egg protein powder (1 scoop ON instantized egg protein powder= 22g)
A few toasted almonds
Cinnamon if desired
Instructions:
Measure into storage container with lid. Shake mix. Add when ready to cook: 6 tablespoons olive oil 2 cups water (and another 1/4 cup if it gets too thick) *Add skim milk per person to increase to 4 blocks each. Vegans - substitute soy protein and 8th Continent Soy Light or Edensoy milk. I add an extra teaspoon of protein powder so I can add a pinch of fructose (4 g, only 1/2 a block, to the batter, and put nuts and cinnamon on top, or I can swirl agave nectar on top as a syrup. This meal is filling for a long time. (Serves 2)
