Ingredients:
1 cup blueberries
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
3/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese
4 teaspoons slivered almonds
Instructions:
Place blueberries, applesauce, nutmeg and cinnamon in a blender and pulse two or three times. In a medium sized bowl, combine blueberry mixture, yogurt and cottage cheese. Sprinkle with almonds and serve.
