
Ingredients:
1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1 teaspoon orange zest
1/2 grapefruit in sections
1/3 cup Mandarin orange sections
1 Granny Smith apple, cored and chopped
4 teaspoons almonds, slivered and toasted
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
Paprika to taste
Instructions:
In a small mixing bowl combine cottage cheese with cinnamon, nutmeg, and orange zest. Mound into serving dish. Combine almonds, apple pieces, grapefruit and orange sections and spoon over cheese. Sprinkle paprika over cheese and serve.
