Zoned Bran Muffins

Ingredients:
2 1/4 C. oat bran
1 T. Baking powder
2 egg whites
1 1/4 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. honey
5 ounces whey protein

Instructions:
Mix dry ingredients Mix wet ingredients well then add to dry ingredients Spoon into 12 cup muffin pan Bake 425 for 14 minutes Each muffin = 100 calories, 2 blocks protein, 2 blocks carbohydrates.
