Feta Breakfast

Ingredients:
4 egg whites
1 piece of bread of no more than 9 grams
1 ounce low-fat feta cheese
2/3 cups unsweetened applesauce
1 teaspoon olive oil

Instructions:
Cook egg whites like an omelet in the olive oil and put the feta cheese inside the egg while cooking. If you use the bread, then you can make an egg sandwich or eat with oatmeal. Afterwards eat applesauce as a "desert" for breakfast!
