Quick Applesauce Breakfast

Kim writes: For a quick breakfast (no cooking required), my husband came up with this recipe.

Ingredients:
1 cup applesauce with
3 blocks protein powder
1 teaspoon almond butter
Cinnamon, to taste

Instructions:
Mix ingredients together.

Editor's Note: This recipe, composed by Kim's husband, was submitted to Zone Central, one of many responses to Pam's plea for a quick breakfast. She was tired of omelettes and wanted an alternative to oatmeal. She wrote back that the breakfast was awesome, and she planned to try it with peanut butter. Barry (as in Sears) and I tried it on a hectic morning when we had to take our daughter back to college. We used peanuts for our fat and lots of cinnamon. It was, indeed, awesome.
