Hello...I am new to the Zone and I see that fish/seafood seems to be included at least once a day in the diet. I have a seafood allergy, can I replace the fish/seafood with anything? Or should I just omit those recipes and repeat, say a recipe that calls for chicken instead? Thanks!!

You can replace the fish/seafood with any other protein. You can use the same recipe and use an alternate protein source, or you can omit the recipe and use another one. Your choice!
