Anyone suffering from headaches? Acrtually migraine. I started few months ago, already in the Zone, and sometines they lasts three days even taking tablets.
I take fish oil 2.5grams, and I use the correct one of Dr.Sears. If it happens to any of you can you give me tips please? It would help a lot because I am in one of those crisis. Thanks

Dear Sue,
I feel much better tonight. The migrane suddenly disappeared after two days. I read the questions and answers of Dr.Sears as you recommended. I think my headache appears near my period, so I will try to take more fish oil next month to face it. I will experiment and I hope I can find the right dosis.

You're welcome enza. Glad to hear that you're feeling better. It would be best to increase your fish oil dose now. It takes 30 days at the increased dose to get the full benefit of the increase.
