My son, age 11, and I just started the zone diet on Tuesday and we're both losing weight. I've lost 4lbs and he's lost 2, neither one of us need to lose any weight. What do we do? Do we add a block of carbs, protein and fat at a meal? I wouldn't mind an extra snack.

Thanks so much!

I just read a post that says women are suppose to have a minimum of 11 blocks each day but according to the calulations I should only eat 9 blocks each day. So now I'm confused.

Assuming the undesired weight loss is not coming from lean body mass, add additional fat (primarily monounsaturated) to act as a caloric ballast.

If the weight loss is LBM, increase your block count.

Scott.
