Sue K Posts:10748 Zone Expert 07/10/2009 1:12 PM For a 3 block meal you can pour a cup of milk on 1/2 cup of Zone Cereal, and even add a small amount of fruit if you like (not an entire block of fruit). (Guests also love it, my niece mixes it with Special K chocolate cereal for a treat).
