What do you eat with the zone cereal to make it a balanced meal?

For a 3 block meal you can pour a cup of milk on 1/2 cup of Zone Cereal, and even add a small amount of fruit if you like (not an entire block of fruit). Berries would be the best choice.

The cereal is great. My better half only eats that now and is not on the Zone. (Guests also love it, my niece mixes it with Special K chocolate cereal for a treat).
