I have a couple of Dr. Sears Zone books (from 1997) that do list foods and their block equivalent. I find that there are so many foods that are not on the list. Is there an updated or expanded list somewhere?

I am told that the most updated list of blocks is right here on this website!
Look under the "eating" tab. Then, under "quick start", and you will find it in there (would be nice if they had a direct link, but oh well!).
