i am still confused on the weighing of cooked vs raw protein to determine block amounts. The amount for 1 block of skinless chicken breast on the website is 1 oz. I understand this is the raw weight. So, if i am weighing the cooked weight (i like to precook chicken for ease of meal preparation), what weight would be the equivalent of 1 block? Same goes for other meats, is there a rule of thumb to subtract a certain amount of weight that makes up a block if the item is cooked? Hope you can help, thanks!
