Run 1/2 hour
Bike 1 hour

Hi,

You could eat an extra snack (a) if you like or add soem extra fat on that day. Since you aren't adding weightlifting , and it sounds like a one time thing to to all the activites in one day, it's not necessarily going to change you usual protein and block requirement.

i work thur,-sat as a bartender in a very busy bar. my eight hour shift could be compared to playing basket ball, i do not get a lunch (or any kind of break really), i'm lucky if i can get any food in me at work. but i'm not very active on my days off, other than some house cleaning (where i walk laps through my apartment for an hour or two). and my sleep schedule is wacky too. i am very unsure what to call my activity level, for my "protien proscription" and would greatly apreciate advice on spacing my blocks.

Hi!

IMHO, for the activity level you'd only consider you job if you are continuously maintaining your heart beat in the aerobic range for a long period of time or if you are continuously lifting heavy weight (such as one would when working in a warehouse or smiliar). I'd put your activity level at moderate, or active at most if your work includes continuous activity in the aerobic level. You wouldn't want to over estimate your activity level because you'd end up eating too much protein for your daily needs.
