After starting the Zone diet, I've found myself fatigued, nauseous, and grouchy. This is bad. I'm in Jiu-Jitsu and go to class 3 times a week. I can't afford to be tired going to Jiu-Jitsu and starting my Junior year.
Any advice?

Hi,
A minority of people feel similar symptoms when the first begin the Zone due to the initial release of AA as they begin to burn stored fat. If this is what you're experiencing it should go away in a week or so. It the meantime, temporarily increasing your fish oil dose will help to eliminate the AA symptoms.
