has anyone tried these? 1 Bag - 40 calories, 1g fat, 30mg sodium, 6g carbs, 4g fiber, 0g, sugar, 2g protein). I have no imagination for creating meals, but I followed the directions (2 bags) for rinsing, par-boiling, another rinsing but I skipped the last step which said to blot them dry. Didn't seem very necessary to me. Then I made a batch of Zoned Italian sauce (1 whole recipe = 4 carb blocks) and added 6 protein blocks of cooked ground turkey, and poured the whole thing one the noodles. This was a massive amount of food for me and the hubby.

I had to come up with more carb blocks so we made it up with wine. It helped me to feel like I wasn't missing my pasta so much.

I would like to know of other ways to fix this great product.

Where did you find these noodles? I tried some a year ago or so (maybe different brand?) and I threw them out. The texture was horrible and I couldn't even swollow them. I'm hoping what you had is different! How about making them into some sort of Pad Thai? I don't have a recipe, but I bet there's one on this site!
