I'm trying to figure out all my blocks. I noticed that peanuts and almonds are listed as fats, but when I looked at the nutrition info on them, some of them have one block of protein as well. Is that something I should account for when adding the protein blocks to my meals? I also noticed that yogurt is recommended for a one block snack, but a lot of the yogurts have way more than one block of carbs. It is not in the ratio. Any suggestions?

Hi!

No, you do not count the protein in almonds and peanuts for the Zone. Plain yogurts are the ones that will fall within Zone P/C ratios. If your brand of plain yogurt doesn't, you could always adjust for the extra carb by eating protein with it, or adding protien powder to it.
