My husband and I are just starting to try the Zone. My aunt recommended it to us because my husband has been dealing with lots of pain-which we think is arthritis-he's only 29. We are fairly healthy already, very aware of how food affects our health and believers in food as a medicine. Anyway, my question is about soy-specifically soy milk. Does anyone have any thoughts or references as to the health benefits vs. problems caused by soy? My husband is concerned about soy causing extra estrogen in my body. Does Dr. Sears address this subject anywhere?
I've enjoyed checking out this website and forums.
Thanks for the information.

Sears wrote an entire book on soy, called "The Soy Zone". I don't have this book, but I bet he expanded his thoughts on it in there.

Thanks! I found it at my library and have a reserve in for it.
