ok just need a few tips from anyone in australia, at the moment till the end of my contract, i am out in the sticks is there any places in Australia that zone products can be brought and can get family to send me things, as i dont have a credit card, and hardly any shops here?

Zone products are not available anywhere in Australia as far as I know. You would have to buy them on the site here. If you have a debit card you can use it like a credit card on the zone and they have the products to you in less than a week. The only Zone product I buy is the oil. All my foods are bought at any supermarket Coles or Woolworths, and I also do a little bit of shopping at a health store but most of that can be bought at a chemist. If you need anything specific ask here and when I am on the site I will try to answer you, otherwise you can E-Mail me on rg_j@bigpond.com have fun with your meals and try to make them interesting while balancing the zone. It will get easier as you go along.
