1 oz. serving

Fat 2.5
Sat 1.5
Trans 0

Carbs 0

Protein 8g

I know its 1 P, but the fat is throwing me off. This is the last item that I eat regularly, and I'm seeing now that I've been skimping on fat. Not b/c I wanted to, but I didn't realize the hidden fat content in protein.

Anyway, thank you for bearing with the noob questions, I'm sure it won't be last.

That item contains enough fat for the fat presumed to be hidden in 1 block of P. There is about 1.5 grams fat hidden in every 7 gram P block.
