I live out of the country so getting name brand protein powder isnt exactly an option...so my question is...I bought a soy protein powder that has this nutritional information protein 26g carb 43.5g fat 9.5g fiber 2.3g and the serving size is 100g are these nutritional facts similar to other protein powders and if i use say 2 blocks of protein (in this case about 50g) do i also count the carbohydrates and the fat as part of my carbohydrate and fat blocks. Im just confused on how exactly I read a label and when I count my carbohydrates as blocks and when I dont. I hope this is making sense! Any help would be great!!! also, i have non fat soy milk(again, no name brand) that has fat 0g carbs 10g and protein 6g serving size 8 ounces....how many blocks is one serving (1P and 1C?)and how did you figure that out? and finally (thanks you in advance to whoever writes back - I realize i have a lot of questions) if I combine.... 8 ounces of soy milk (1P, 1C?) 50g of my protein shake (2P and 2C? and 1F?) 1 cup of strawberries (1C) and then eat a few almonds (6 or so)(2F) Am I balanced? Sorry for all the confusion...im just trying to figure out a good breakfast smoothie with what i have! Thanks so much for your help, as you can see I desprately need it!

Your soy powder has an unusually large amount of carbohydrate. See low-fat soy flour for a comparison: http://www.403030forlife.com/ShowNutrients.aspx?NDB_No=16118
