I have a co-worker who is now interested in the Zone. I thought there was a guide as to how many blocks one should eat based on their height and weight and activity level??? I can't find it in Zone Tools nor Resources? Also, on the old format - I thought there was a chart as to ideal weight for height and body frame??? Where did they go?

There is an online Body Fat Calculator at www.drsears.com, under zone resources and tools. It will tell you your requirements.

But how does one determine how many blocks one should eat when new to the Zone? AND, what happened to the Ideal weight chart?
