With all of the lo-carb diet hoopla, I was wondering if in the zone diet, you only count the net carbs? For example, gross count minus fiber equals net carbs.

Insulin stimulating carb is counted for the Zone (total carb minus total fiber).

where did you find this? I have looked everywhere! I know that we are only concerned about the insulin impacting ones, but I wasn't sure if Dr. Sears updated his info to reflect that. Thanks.
