I am in the midst of a cold/sinus headache (the headache part is the worst part). I feel like I am in the clouds and am finding it relatively hard to focus. I feel pretty out of it and am possibly wrongly attributing that feeling to hunger. I ate lunch about 2 1/2 hours ago and have felt like I was hungry since about 2 hours after lunch. I normally don't feel this way and ate the same thing for lunch that I have in the past. Does anyone have any insight on if I might THINK I'm hungry because I feel "out of it" from being sick, but I'm not? This makes sense to me because I have been prone, in the past, to use eating as my coping mechanism for every obstacle in the way. Or any ideas for why I might feel out of the zone when I am sick versus healthy? Like I said, I am eating the same foods I have on other days and felt fine. What I had for lunch: 3 oz 75% fat free cheddar cheese, 1 fuji apple, sliced cucumber and hummus (enough to equal 1 block).
