---- The most recent issue of Woman's World Magazine has a lovely recipe for Almond Joy Brownie Cupcakes featured on the cover.

The list of ingredients only reference to "fats" is :

1/4 cup oil

However - in the "nutritional analysis" it lists:

Trans Fat 2 g

In shopping for the "oil" I guess I should be looking for one that has Trans Fat as part of the "nutrient listing" on the label ?

--- and does this amount of "fat" get added to, or subtracted from a Zone block of fat ?

... from the "Danger Zone"

My "question" about "trans fats" came from this post at :

which, for your entertainment, in full was :

BTW :

First ingredient for the above recipe [ for disaster ] : 18 mimiature Almond Joy candy bars !

Note use of "miniature" candy bars ! That's becasue this version of the recipe was the "low calorie" one.

The "real" recipe calls for "full size".
