Hi-- I am making the zoned meat loaf from the 100 zone meals recipes in minutes and was wondering if 4 1/2 ounces of extra lean ground beef seemed like too much-- it seems like a lot of saturated fat-- its about 200 calories from fat. It just seems like a lot of beef-- and definitely not the size of the palm of my hand. Does anyone know if this is right? Thanks!

Hi Carolyn,

Either you're making a miscalculation, or that is not a lean ground beef that you're using. 4.5 ounces of lean ground beef wouldn't contain over 200 calories from fat.
