HI new to the zone. Having a hard time with meal planning. Any suggestions?

Take a look at all the info in the EATING tab, especially in Quick Start, Zone Food Blocks and the 7 day planners. My biggest tip is to keep it simple.

I would check the website for the 7-day menu planner. Also, if you have any books, generally there is a 7 day meal plan in there, too.

If you are not a big fan of the meals, you can create your own. Just take some of your favorite meals, and then tweak them using the food block guide, to make it Zone-balanced. If you want some help with that, just post your recipe and then I bet there are many Zoners who will chime in on what you can to to make it zone-balanced and zone-favorable.
