I have a question about things that contain P,C and F.... for example.... A Veggie Burger (Morning Star Gardenburger) contains 3.5g Fat, 9g of Carbs and 10g of Protein.

Should I count this as 1F/1C/1.5P???

Thanks!!!

Hi Deena!

A tip. To figure out carb grams for the Zone from a nutrition label, subtract total fiber from total carbs. The result will be the insulin stimulating carb we count for the Zone.
