Hi people.

I'm just starting with the zone these days. I have figured out I need 15 block per day, and my question is:

Is it ok to eat just 5 3 block meals? or should I rearrange it to something like 4-3-5-2-1? Does it reaaly matter, in fact?

I would like to know if my pre-bed meal should be kept to just one or two blocks.

I usually work out 3 days a week, sometimes in the morning and sometimes in the evening, but I usually do not change what or when I eat when I do. Should I?

Thanks for the responses and excuse me for my english, I'm from spain :)

Your english is perfect! I am also new to the Zone, and from what I read, your meals should be even throughout the day -such as: 4-1-4-1-4-1. From what I read, it is important to spred it out evenly, never going without eating for more than 4 hours after a meal, or 2.5 hours after a snack.

I am sure the experts will jump in here.....I wish you success!
