Chicken Alfredo Pizza

Who says weight loss can’t be decadent? A Zone Pizza Crust, spinach and creamy Alfredo Sauce are a magical taste combo for hunger satisfaction and a great Zone meal.

Ingredients:
- 1 Zone White Pizza Crust 7"
- 1/4 cup Perdue Short Cuts - chopped and cooked
- 3 ounces baby spinach - chopped frozen, thawed, drained and squeezed dry
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic - minced
- 2 tablespoons Alfredo sauce canned
- 2 tablespoons Sargento reduced fat 4 cheese italian
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Place Zone Pizza Crust on a pizza stone or baking sheet.
- In a small bowl combine the first 5 ingredients; toss well. Spread Alfredo sauce evenly over Zone Pizza Crust; top with chicken mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and red pepper. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until crust is crisp. Cut into 6 wedges. Salt and pepper to taste.
Note: For crisper crust place in preheated oven, right on rack, for 3 min before topping it (reduce time on other end).
